FMP Marketing Company Director, Geoff Pritchard and his good friends Tony Edwards and Ron Mead recently secured some valuable sports medical kits for kids sports in Samoa.

Tony Edwards is a liaison for the big rugby tours and after the recent British and Irish Lions tour there were a lot of medical supplies left over. Thinking it would be a terrible waste not to grab that medical equipment and give it to the youth of Samoan sport, Tony approached the Lions they were behind him 100 per cent.

Geoff Pritchard, a well known businessman in Samoa, organised for the medical equipment to be shipped over from Australia.

“We believed the schools there should receive it – there is a lot of valuable medical equipment,” Mr Pritchard said.

Samoa Schools Rugby President, Masuisui Vave Lene thanked Mr Pritchard and Mr Mead for bringing the supplies to Samoa.

“We know these guys through the sports and they have done a lot for sports in Samoa,” he said.

“It’s not only for rugby, this donation can be used for any sport – netball, athletics, rugby.

“We are very grateful for this donation.”
